SWD Bands

The Percussion Ensemble is a very integral part of the band curriculum. This ensemble is composed of all types of percussion instruments. The students are classically trained, which gives them the foundation and skill to explore a wide range of music in all genres, not only classical. This ensemble performs 4 to 6 times annually and presents a concert called "An Evening of Percussion" during the spring semester.
