MBDNA fosters a sharing of commons goals and ideals relevan 

to the minority band director.  

 

Through the creation of a broad listing (database) of directors, MBDNA proposes to serve as a source for meaningful dialogue and educational enhancement through workshops, conventions, 

clinics, guest artists, lectures and performances.
