Organization of Minority Band Directors National Association   

 

Officers

President, President-Elect, Immediate Past-President, Secretary,            Treasurer, and not more than three At-Large members

appointed by the President shall represent the Executive Committee.     Combined with all Lifetime Appointed Board Members, and Regional Chairs will represent the MBDNA National Board of Directors. The Term of each member of the National Board of Directors shall be two

 years.  Members of the initial Executive Board shall hold their position

for four years.  The Executive Board will be nominated by the Board of    Directors and voted on by the membership during the MBDNA Annual

Meeting.  Location: TBA
