We are committed to the pursuit of minorities being represented in every aspect of the band movement. Through its advocacy, MBDNA encourages full participation and opportunities for minority band directors and broad minority participation in all facets of the band movement.
MBDNA is committed to promoting a strong dialogue between Schools of Music, state and national organizations, and school administrators. This dialogue is intended to encourage opportunities for its membership.
